3. Purposes and legal basis of the processing of your data and storage duration

All personal data that we get from you will only be collected, processed and used for the specified purpose. In doing so, we note that this only happens within the framework of the applicable legislation or otherwise only with your consent.


a) Use in offers/tenders/quotes more precisely data usage to fulfill the task

As part of your right to information, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data under the conditions of Art. 15 (3) GDPR. According to Art. 16 of DSGVO you can immediately demand the correction of incorrect or complete data stored in our personal data.


c) Right to deletion

Under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR you have the right to demand us to delete your personal data without delay. A right to delete is gem. Art. 17 (1) of GDPR, among other things, to the extent that:

Your consent, to which we agree to the processing of data is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and the right to cancellation is subject to certain restrictions pursuant to Art. 17 (3) of GDPR, § 35 BDSG. Thereafter, the right of cancellation shall not exist, interalia, to the extent that the processing is necessary to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or to fulfill a legal obligation which requires processing under the law of the Union or of the Member States to which the controller is subject.


d) Right to restriction of processing

Under the conditions of Art. 18 (1) GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of data. If the processing of personal data concerning you has been restricted, this data may only be used with your consent or for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest Union or a Member State.


e) Right to transferability

The revocation means that we are not allowed to continue the data processing based on this consent for the future. g) Right to revoke

For any reasons arising from your particular situation, you have the right at any time  to file an objection against the processing of personal data relating to you which, on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or lit. f of GDPR. We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (Article 21 GDPR). 6. Right to complain to a supervisory authority
