• Analysis of the project-related BIM framework conditions, processes of data creation, creation of the AIA's for service phases

• Inventory of existing structures at the client: IT system requirements, SW equipment CAD, AVA, FM (depending on version and number of AP), network environment (data storage with backup, cooperation), office standards, working methods (2D, 3D CAD or BIM) and their possible integration

• Analogous inventory of the offices involved in the planning: software, hardware, program versions used by those involved in the planning, test tools/checker, BIM viewer

• Development of a project-related BIM execution plan (BAP) including roles and responsibilities for planning intervals with dates of data exchange

• Definition of the goals and priorities of the BIM application cases (BIM specialist models object, TWP, technical equipment), on request extension of the 3D models available in the project to include 4D construction processes and 5D cost planning
