• Specification of technical regulations for data exchange, including BIM pilot test, test data exchange IFC for data transfer, file naming conventions (model numbering scheme), is handed over to the AG after cleaning and processing across all trades at the end of the service phase
• Compilation of all project-related regulations for the BIM-specific project structure, for drawing standards, drawing structure, layer, building structure/building sections, relations, references and groupings, as well as for model element types, geometry, position and description/attribution according to the agreed level of detail ( LOD)
• Definition of processes for the integration of the subject-specific or standardized technical models TWP and TGA (model data of the trade-related plant groups) in the architectural model, if necessary linking model data with tender data
• Definition of the BIM order components for those involved in planning, if necessary test phase, education and training measures
• Definition of gates and responsibilities for the quality assurance of the model data as well as the construction and inventory documentation (QA of the geometric and alphanumeric data, collision checks), organizing and checking the BIM processes in the project
• Specification and updating of testing tools and rules, requesting office-internal QA
• BIM data backups and resource management, decision support for export variants
